Acceptance of terms

By installing or using EmuloMobile, creating an account, starting a trial, or maintaining a subscription, the user declares that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

If the user does not agree with these terms, they must not use the app, account, or subscription.

About Sertta and EmuloMobile

Sertta develops software products for automating repetitive digital workflows.

EmuloMobile is an Android app that runs automations directly on the device or emulator, without an ADB connection. It lets users create automations based on visual conditions such as text, image, and color, and execute repetitive actions, conditional flows, and recurring routines.

EmuloMobile does not replace the user's technical responsibility for what is automated, where the automation is executed, and whether the use complies with laws, contracts, terms of service, platform policies, game rules, applications, websites, or third-party systems.

User account

To access certain features, users may need to create an account and sign in. The user is responsible for:

• providing truthful, complete, and up-to-date information;
• maintaining the confidentiality of account access data;
• protecting the devices and environments where EmuloMobile is used;
• notifying Sertta if unauthorized account use is identified;
• ensuring that product use complies with these terms.

Sertta does not request passwords for third-party services and is not responsible for external credentials used by the user outside the Sertta account.

Demo, trial, and subscription

EmuloMobile can be used in different modes:

• Demo (without an active subscription): you can create and edit automations without limit. Running an automation is limited to a short daily sample of up to 3 minutes per day; after that, execution stops and the app invites you to subscribe. The demo allowance resets daily. Cloud features are not available in demo mode.
• Trial: while a subscription is in its trial period, automations run without the demo time limit. Cloud features are not available during the trial.
• Active subscription: automations run without the time limit, and cloud features such as sync, share, and redeem are available according to the selected plan.

Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions for EmuloMobile are purchased and managed on the web, not inside the app. EmuloMobile does not offer in-app purchases and does not process payments. The app signs you in and applies the access level of your subscription.

A single Sertta subscription can cover more than one product and device, subject to the limits of the selected plan. Plans, prices, currency, taxes, trial length, and commercial conditions are defined on the web checkout in effect at the time of subscription.

Payments are processed by a payment platform. Sertta does not store full credit card data. By subscribing, the user authorizes recurring billing for the selected plan until the subscription is canceled. Payment failures, chargebacks, declined payments, or expired cards may result in suspension or cancellation of paid access.

Cancellation

The user may cancel the subscription at any time through the means provided by Sertta or the billing platform used, on the web.

After cancellation, access to paid features remains active until the end of the already paid period or the scheduled renewal date. After that date, paid features may be suspended or limited, and the app returns to demo mode.

Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically generate a refund for already paid periods, except where required by law or provided under a specific policy communicated by Sertta.

Permitted use

The user may use EmuloMobile to create their own automations, execute repetitive actions, organize conditional flows, and combine the product with other legitimate testing, validation, productivity, or technical operation tools.

The user must use the product only on devices and in environments, accounts, applications, games, and systems where they are authorized to act.

Accessibility and deterministic automation

EmuloMobile performs deterministic automation defined by the scripts the user creates. The Android accessibility service is used only to execute the user's configured gestures and to display the control overlay.

Before the accessibility service is enabled, the app shows a clear disclosure of what it does and asks for confirmation. The user can disable it at any time in the Android system settings.

The user is responsible for using automation only where authorized and in compliance with the rules of the apps, games, accounts, and environments involved.

Prohibited use

It is prohibited to use the app, account, or EmuloMobile to:

• violate laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
• breach terms of service, game rules, application rules, website rules, or platform policies;
• create bots, macros, or automations intended to obtain unfair advantage;
• bypass security systems, limitations, blocks, protections, captchas, paywalls, or anti-abuse mechanisms;
• circumvent technical or commercial restrictions imposed by third parties;
• defraud services, manipulate metrics, generate artificial traffic, or abusively simulate human behavior;
• perform spam, unauthorized scraping, attacks, vulnerability exploitation, or malicious activities;
• automate actions in accounts, games, applications, or services when this may lead to bans, penalties, blocks, suspension, or contractual violation;
• store, transmit, or execute illegal, abusive, invasive, discriminatory, fraudulent, or harmful content.

Sertta is not responsible for bans, penalties, blocks, losses, account suspensions, sanctions, damages, or consequences resulting from the use of EmuloMobile in violation of third-party rules, applicable laws, or these terms.

Passwords used in automations

EmuloMobile may allow users to configure actions to type passwords on virtual keyboards during an automation.

When used, this feature keeps the password encrypted locally on the device using the Android Keystore. Sertta does not receive, know, share, or recover these passwords.

Locally stored passwords are not sent together with synchronized, transferred, or shared automations. If the user wants to run a similar automation on another device, they must enter the password again in that environment. The user is responsible for deciding whether or not to automate password input in a given application, game, website, service, or environment.

Cloud, sync, and sharing

Cloud features require an active subscription. Saving an automation keeps it on the device; uploading is an explicit action the user takes per automation. The user may also share an automation through a token and redeem automations shared with them, subject to the selected plan.

The user is responsible for what they upload, share, or redeem. Locally stored passwords are never included when an automation is uploaded, shared, or transferred.

Automations and user responsibility

The user is solely responsible for the automations they create, configure, execute, import, export, synchronize, or share.

Sertta does not pre-control the purpose of each automation created by the user and does not guarantee that an automation will be accepted by third-party applications, games, websites, systems, or platforms.

The user must test their automations, understand their effects, and stop any use that creates risk, error, rule violation, harm, abuse, or unintended consequences.

Product availability and changes

Sertta may update, change, remove, replace, or limit features of the app, account, plans, or EmuloMobile to fix issues, improve the product, increase security, comply with legal requirements, or reorganize the commercial offer.

Some features may change over time. Sertta does not guarantee that the product will operate without interruptions, errors, or incompatibilities on all devices, emulators, system versions, applications, games, or third-party environments.

Support

Sertta may provide support through official channels listed on the website or inside the product.

Support may cover usage questions, access problems, subscriptions, billing, or general product operation. Sertta is not required to configure automations on behalf of the user, validate use in third-party services, or guarantee compatibility with all applications, games, websites, emulators, or environments.

Intellectual property

The app, the Sertta brand, EmuloMobile, interfaces, texts, visual elements, components, structures, code, documentation, and related materials belong to Sertta or their respective rights holders.

The user receives only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product according to these terms and the selected plan.

It is prohibited to copy, sell, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, attempt to extract source code, redistribute, or commercially exploit the product without express authorization from Sertta, except where permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sertta shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or punitive damages, lost profits, data loss, account loss, bans, blocks, business interruption, or damages resulting from improper, unauthorized, or incompatible use of the product.

The user understands that automations may execute repetitive actions with real impact on applications, accounts, games, websites, or systems. It is the user's responsibility to configure, test, and supervise product use.

Suspension or termination of access

Sertta may suspend or terminate access for users who violate these terms, create security risks, attempt to abuse the service, commit fraud, violate third-party rights, fail to meet payment obligations, or use the product in a prohibited manner.

Changes to the terms

Sertta may update these Terms of Use to reflect changes to the product, commercial model, legal requirements, or operational practices. When material changes occur, Sertta may notify users through appropriate means.

Continued use of the app, account, or EmuloMobile after the terms are updated indicates acceptance of the new version.
